VENTILATOR FANS VSS

One-sided suction ventilator fans of the VSS type are of a radial-flow medium-pressure design with directly installed electric motors. These ventilator fans are manufactured for a non-explosive environment as well as for a potentially explosive working environment – Zone 2. The ventilator fans are intended for transportation of air within temperature ranges between -20°C and +50°C. The air shall not contain solid impurities which could deposit on the fan propeller.
One-sided suction ventilator fans of the VSS type are  of  a  radial-flow medium-pressure  design  with  directly installed electric  motors.The ventilator fans are powered with flange electric motors where the fan propeller is set overhung on the shaft of the electric motor. The electric motor operates in a vertical position with the suction mouth of the fan directed downwards. The frame is provided with anti-corrosion surface coating. The casing and the  fan propeller are zinc-coated.  The type without the frame (see on the title-page) does not have  el. motor fixed on the supporting frame. The casing is strengthened at the locations where the electric motor and the suction mouth are connected to it. The ventilator fan stands on silentblocks. Please cite a note in the order „without frame“. These ventilator fans are manufactured for a non-explosive environment as well as for a potentially explosive working environment – Zone 2 (labelled as Z2). Ventilator fans are made in left or right-hand construction . There is a right-hand construction on the scheme. Position of the construction shall be cited in the order. The ventilator fans are intended for transportation of air within temperature ranges between - 20°C and +50°C. The air shall not contain solid impurities which could deposit on the fan propeller.There is an option to use a speed regulator for speed drop of ventilator fan manufactured only for non-explosive environment. Use of speed regulator with ventilator fan for Zone 2 is forbidden. If you want to order the speed regulator, please cite it in the order.
