VENTILATOR FANS VSGH

One-sided suction ventilator fans of the VSGH type are of a radial-flow medium-pressure design with directly installed electric motors. These ventilator fans are manufactured for a non-explosive environment. The ventilator fans are powered with flange electric motors where the fan propeller is set overhung on the shaft of the electric motor. They are intended for transportation of air or air mixtures within temperature ranges of up to 500°C.

One-sided suction ventilator fans of the VSGH type are of a radial-flow medium-pressure design with directly installed electric motors. The ventilator fans are intended for transportation of air or air mixtures within temperature ranges of up to 500°C without any time-limit. The air shall not contain abrasive particles. The ventilator fan operates with its electric motor in a vertical upward or downward position (this position with the vertical axis of the shaft is labelled as “s“) It is also possible to use the ventilator fans in a horizontal position (this position is labelled as “v“- this symbol shall be cited in the order). The ventilator fans are powered with flange electric motors where the fan propeller is set overhung on the shaft of the electric motor. The ventilator fan is welded from steel plates. The casing of the ventilator fan is of a one-side “suction” design with one discharge. There is no flange at the discharge – it is possible to order. There is possibility to fit the ventilator fan with tube (adapter) for a sensor. There are four holes in the baseplate for fixing on the frame or another construction. These ventilator fans are suitable for using in the kiln or another cabs. These ventilator fans are manufactured for a non-explosive environment. There is an option to use a speed regulator, but only for speed drop (min. 700 r.p.m.). If you want to order the speed regulator, please cite it in the order.

The ventilator fans shall be in operation until the temperature of the transported air has dropped below +80°C.


Ventilator fans are made in left or right-hand construction. There is a left-hand construction on the scheme. Position of the construction shall be cited in the order.
