Ventilator fans of the VRN, VRE, VNG, VNGH, VNC, VNCH, VRS, VNS and VSS types are intended for transportation of air, gas and steam not containing solid impurities or adhesive particles which could deposit on the fan propeller and inflict imbalance of the propeller resulting in the destruction of the electric motor . Ventilator fan of the VTR type is intended for exhausting loose material and wood chips from woodworking machines, or for exhausting air mixtures containing abrasive particles.

The ventilator fans intended for transportation of air in temperature ranges up to 120°C , 250°C and 500°C shall be in operation until the temperature of the transported air has dropped below +80°C.

Ventilator fans shall be operated under relevant pressures in a way that the electric motors are not overloaded (see the data on the rating plates of the electric motors).

If air piping is connected to a ventilator fan, the joint shall be equipped with a damping pad.

All manufactured ventilator fans are equipped with electric motors of the SIEMENS make.

All ventilator fans are designed for a non-explosive environment. Ventilator fans of the VNG, VRN, VNS, VRS and VSS types may be produced with variants for usage in a potentially explosive working environment – Zone 2 (labelled as Z2) . Speed regulators cannot be used with these ventilator fans. Ventilator fans of common types may be equipped with speed regulators(only for speed drop), but this shall be specified in the particular order.
